Business High Tech Academy provides mentoring for new graduates and inexperienced employees or anyone who would like to acquire practical skills to work in the field of Data Analysis, Data Science/Data Engineering or Information Technology in general.
We typically take the time to get to know you and the challenges you’re facing and then use our understanding and industry experience to help you improve as well as become ready for the labour market.
We help graduates from masters to colleges level with majors in computer science, data analytics as well as management. We also assist engineers or scientists from other fields who are willing to migrate to data analytics and Artificial Intelligence field.
We love to mentor others because it’s an incredibly valuable experience for us; seeing somebody grow and succeed as a result of our advice is highly rewarding.
Our Mission
Hightechmentor’s mission is to assist graduates from colleges and universities develop and master the most important technical skills needed to contribute to the economy of the country, reduce unemployment and develop industrial and business sectors.
We facilitate this skills development initiative through our mentorship program which allow to remove the confusion in the new graduates mind which make them doubt of their career choice and their future.

Business Intelligence Solutions development (Data Warehousing, Integration Services – SSIS, Analytical Services – SSAS and Reporting Services – SSRS). Database Administrations & Big Data Solutions (Hadoop & MapReduce). Developing ML algorithms in Python, Java and C++ for thurther Data Analytics.
