What is Hightechmentor?

What is the process?

Our process is simple:

1) Send us an email using “REQUEST A QUOTATION” button.

2) One of our experts will get in touch with you in 24 hours to confirm your request.

3) Once we confirm, we activate your profile and send you the login details to access the exercises or projects.

4) The payment has to be made before starting the training preferable on the first day of every subsequent month.

5) We use emails, whatsapp calls, whatsapp chats, whatsapp videos, zoom meeting and Microsoft team meeting for communication during our training.

How long does it take?

The minimum timeframe should be at least 3 months period before we validate your competencies and readiness for workplace. But you can do practical training for 3 to 6 or 9 months of practices if you have no basic experience working with with the computer.

Can I find job after this program?

We cannot guarantee employment but we will do all in our power to assist in the process by ensuring that you profile meets all the minimum requirements
to do well during the interview and stand a chance to be hired with less hurdles. We will also make recommendation for employment based on your skills and achievements.

Requirements and Communication

You need the following for the training:

A laptop or desktop computer

Whatsapp number
Email address (if possible)

You can communicate with the engineers through WhatsApp call or video, google video meeting, email, team or zoom meeting.

Once you register and pay, we send you the course materials which include summarized version of theoretical part of the subject, comprehension questions and practical questions with real world case scenarios.

How is the course organised?

Our program is divided into three main modules: 1) Data Analysis and Machine Learning. 2) Software Engineering and 3)IT Infrastructure. We prepare you for job opportunity in the country and at the international level so you can decide where to work as IT Professional on completion of the training.

Is this similar to internship?

This program does not replace internship but it offers more work related competencies which means whether you are being considered for work or entry level
position you should do well. We have assisted some clients who were already working in the big real projects. Our participation in the process helped them
undertand better how they could carry out daily tasks and cleared confusion.

Should my employer know about this?

This program does not have any think to do with your employer. You are the only person interacting with Hightechmentor. In our scope we will assist
with what you should know to complete your duties. We donnot need to know the internal policies or management structure of you organisation or any private
information is not needed.
